Yea! Today is my birthday....so happy to have a ME day. My sister got me a beautiful silver OM neclace. I love it. Today is all about ME. I went out by the chicken coop this morning with my yoga mat and did my yoga with the chicken audience. It was nice, breezy, and uplifiting. I am watching the VERIA channell to fill my mind with herbal and yogic knowledge. Reading some herb magazines, playing a wildcrafting game with my sister, making some mala beads, meditating, and drinking herbal iced tea. What a perfect day. Much love to you all....
